What are UTM links?

UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) is a set of URL parameters that lets you append structured metadata to links so analytic platforms knows where a visitor came from.

When someone clicks a UTM link, the parameters are captured and attributed to that session. This means you can see which campaign drove traffic, which platform performed best, and which creative or ad variation converted.
